The Four-Year-Old Program

Is a four days per week program - Monday through Thursday from 9:00am - 12:00pm.

With a strong emphasis placed on kindergarten readiness, the Four-Year Old program provides an age-appropriate setting and curriculum that preserves the Three-Year-Old Program's child-centered focus in harmony with a more structured learning environment. Teacher-directed whole- and small-group activities will take on greater importance as we prepare our four-year-olds for kindergarten. Lessons will concentrate on improving fine motor, social, pre-reading and pre-math skills in a balanced literacy environment. Students will be introduced to the literacy and phonics programs used at Waterman Elementary.

SNS remains focused on a well-rounded curriculum. Each program we offer is enriched with Art Class, Music Class, Spanish Language and time on our outdoor playground and in the Muscle Room!
